Mary Rigg is hiring a Customer Service and Project Assistant
Mary Rigg is seeking a dependable team member to handle professional customer service including high customer volume (both in-person and through phone calls) at reception desk and assist on projects/teams as assigned.
Position will involve providing information and resources to customers and connecting them to a wide-range of programs and services. Position will also include data entry and additional administrative projects to support the mission of the organization. Position requires organization, ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver professional customer service with a pleasant personality and able to call medical and/or building emergencies if needed.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
