Tammy began working with Mary Rigg Neighborhood Center in June of 2019. She has been a Workforce Development Professional for over fifteen years serving as Case Manager, Job Developer, JAG Specialist, Facilitator, and Operations Manager. During that time, she has worked for various profit and not for profit organizations managing workforce development programs for adults, youth, and community groups. She is a strong advocate for youth and young adults and has consulted and created a variety of programs targeted at youth employment, training, and personal and professional development. She is a dedicated professional who genuinely embraces the mission of Mary Rigg; “To empower adults, youth, and families by serving as a thriving community resource that provides help, hope, and opportunity”. She is a Certified Workforce Development Professional through the National Association of Workforce Development Professional. She attained Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees in Organizational Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology. When not working she enjoys spending time with family.
